Day 7 - Day of Rest

So, Sunday is here and that means no exercise. We are encouraged to rest, get some extra sleep, read or something along those lines. If you want you can take a bike out for a ride or something like that, but your body needs the rest from all the work we have done this week and the work to come.

So, needless to say I did just that...NOTHING!  I slept in a bit, as breakfast is served today from 7-9am and at that point we also pick up our bagged lunch for the day to eat at our leisure.
I watched some tv, had a nap, read and just hung around the pool.  It felt very strange to do nothing, almost like I was skipping school.
Today all the new guests start arriving around 1 so it was nice talking to a few of them, realizing that they were feeling the same way I did only 1 short week ago.
I now feel like a veteran around here and with that I do not have any lectures to attend after lunch and supper, however I am expected to do any extra hour in the gym after lunch and the trainers also expect more from you because they know already what you can do.
Tomorrow the butt kicking begins again!

    I finally got someone to show me how to blog.
    I feel so proud of you right now for what you have overcome and accomplished in such a short period of time. I must admit that it sounds dreadfully DIFFICULT.
